Log in to your account

Your mobile number is your login — no password
1Open the account portal and enter the mobile number you applied with.
2A six-digit verification code arrives by text. Enter it to sign in.
3Changed numbers? Use the phone-number update form on the login screen before you try again.

Make a payment

Manually, or set autopay and forget it
1Log in and choose Make a Payment on the home screen.
2Pick the plan, the amount (this month, extra, or the full balance) and a payment method.
3Confirm. Turn on Autopay in plan settings to have it run on your due date every month.

Pay off your plan early

No fee, no penalty, any time
1Log in and open the plan under Payment Plans.
2Choose Make a Payment → Pay off payment plan.
3Confirm. The balance clears immediately and the plan shows as paid in full; the bureaus see it as closed on the next report.
On a 0% plan there's no interest to save by paying early — but it frees up your approval capacity and ends monthly reporting. On interest-bearing plans, interest stops accruing the day you pay off.

Late payments & fees

What's charged, when it's reported, how to avoid both
EventWhat happensCost
Payment 1–15 days lateGrace period — no fee, nothing reported$0
Not received within 15 daysLate fee added to the plan$15
Bank debit returnedNSF fee; retry with a working method$15

Going to be late? Change your due date in plan settings or contact support before the due date — alternatives are far easier to arrange before a payment is missed than after.

Pay by check

Slower than the portal, but it works
1Make the check payable to Cherry Technologies Inc.
2Write your mobile number and Payment Plan ID in the memo line — without both, the payment can't be matched to your plan.
3Mail it to the lockbox address shown in your account statement. Allow 7–10 days; mail it well before the 15-day grace period ends.

Update your card or phone number

Keep autopay running and your login working
CardLog in → Payment Methods → Add Payment Method. Set the new card as default, then remove the old one.
BankAdd a checking account under Payment Methods for no-fee ACH; verification takes 1–2 business days.
PhoneYour number is your login, so it can't be edited inside the account. Use the phone-number update form on the login screen.
Payments FAQ

Quick answers

How do I log in to my account?
Go to the account portal and enter the mobile number you used when you applied. A verification code arrives by text — there's no password. If you've changed numbers, use the phone-number update form first.
How do I make a payment?
Log in, choose Make a Payment from the home screen, pick the plan and the amount. ACH bank debit and debit cards have no fee; credit cards carry a 2.99% processing fee. Prepaid cards can't be used for monthly payments.
Can I pay off my plan early?
Yes, any time, with no fee or penalty. Log in, select the plan, choose Make a Payment and then Pay off payment plan — the remaining balance clears immediately.
What happens if I'm late?
A $15 late fee applies if a payment isn't received within 15 days of the due date. Late payments are reported to the credit bureaus at 30, 60 and 90 days past due, and an account unpaid for 120 days is charged off. Contact support before the due date if you know you'll be late.
Can I change my due date or turn on autopay?
Yes. Both are in the plan settings of your account. Autopay uses the payment method you choose; you can switch between a bank account and a card at any time.
Can I pay by check?
Yes. Make the check payable to Cherry Technologies Inc and write your mobile number and Payment Plan ID in the memo line so it's credited correctly. Mail it to the lockbox address shown in your account — allow 7–10 days.
How do I update my card or phone number?
Cards: Payment Methods → Add Payment Method, then set the new card as default. Phone number: use the phone-number update form linked from the login screen, since your number is your login.
Why did my payment fail?
The most common reasons are an expired card, insufficient funds, or a prepaid card. Update the method and retry; an NSF fee of $15 can apply when a bank debit is returned.
