What we collect when you use cherrypaymentplansusa.com, what we do with it, and the choices you have. Short version: we collect what you type into our contact form plus ordinary analytics; we don't sell it; and the financing application itself happens on the provider's platform, not here.
01Who this policy covers
This Privacy Policy explains how Cherry Payment Plans USA, the publisher of cherrypaymentplansusa.com ("we", "us"), collects, uses and shares information when you visit cherrypaymentplansusa.com (the "Site"). It applies to visitors in the United States. We are not Cherry Technologies, Inc.; when you start an application you are taken to Cherry's secure platform, and Cherry's own privacy policy governs the information you enter there.
02Information we collect
We collect three kinds of information:
- Information you give us — the name, email address, phone number, practice name and message you submit through our contact or partner forms.
- Information collected automatically — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and interactions with the calculator and plan tabs, collected through server logs and the cookies described below.
- Information from partners — if you reach an application from this Site and the provider reports an aggregate outcome (for example, that an application was started), we may receive that non-identifying statistic.
03How we use it
- To answer your questions and partner enquiries.
- To operate, secure and improve the Site — for example, understanding which calculator presets are used most.
- To measure which pages lead to applications, in aggregate.
- To comply with law and enforce our Terms.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your information for automated credit decisions — we don't make any.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 45 days.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
You have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, so no opt-out is required. Requests may be made by email; we will verify your identity through the email address on file.
Other states
Residents of states with consumer-privacy laws (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas and Oregon) may exercise equivalent rights by the same method.
07Security and retention
Contact-form submissions are stored on access-controlled systems and retained for 24 months, then deleted unless an ongoing enquiry requires longer. Analytics data is aggregated and retained for up to 26 months. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure; please do not send account numbers or health details through the contact form.
08Children
The Site is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
09Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be flagged on the Site for 30 days.
